During this stage, we aim to understand your project and vision. We then generate a design and construct brief in order to achieve the desired outcome and building solutions to ensure they meet your standard and custom budget.
DESIGN
We provide clients with the opportunity to engage with our in-house architects in order to achieve their ultimate designs. At SM3 we not only ensure our designs are stylish and aesthetically appealing but also practical and cost effective to build. We offer a wide range of design options, from brand new homes, duplexes and renovations.
BUILD
This is the exciting stage! Your dream project is coming to life. During this stage SM3 Built will coordinate your project from start to end with you in mind. We aim to ensure your project is completed on time, on budget and to an excellent standard.
